The Sale in the Park and the 25 Club's Gallery Estate Auction

Two monumental undertakings: The Sale in the Park and The 25 Club’s Gallery and Estate Auction.

The Sale in the Park made a modest Profit of $2,500 in the year 1977 and would grow to annual sales of more than $900,000 by October 1992.

The Twenty-Five Club’s Gallery and Estate Auction was an event conducted by C.B. Charles’ Galleries. This auction was made possible through member Ann Kerr, who traveled the world purchasing items for the auction with the proceeds benefiting The Twenty-Five Club.

With the profits from these sales, The Twenty-Five Club established the Developmental Respiratory Physiology Laboratory in 1984 and the Laboratory of Development Molecular Biology in 1991.
